i'm not really sure what is causing this but my Gauss is that their is a problem with the armour/clothing replacer as this is just a mesh and shouldn't cause any problems like that. you could try to turn your characters weight down perhaps. As for Skyrim again I had a nude mod but after I reinstalled Windows I lost them and I haven't really made finding a new one a high priority.
