Vuforia is only supported on Mobile Platforms (iOS, Android). Vuforia is work on supporting win 10, so maybe months later, you can develop a Instead what you could do is , make an APK , Download Bluestacks and install it in PC and emulate your vuforia app in PC . But no Vuforia is not made for PC.
