In Chrome for the desktop, open Chrome’s Settings screen from the menu and click the Add User button under Users. On a Chromebook, click the Add user option at the bottom-left corner of the login screen. Create a new user account and select the option to make it a Supervised User account. You’ll see that it’s managed by your parent account.

The HTML element (or anchor element), with its href attribute, creates a hyperlink to web pages, files, email addresses, locations in the same page, or anything else a URL can address. Content within each should indicate the link's destination.
